Cloud.gov is managed by the US General Service Administration (GSA)’s Technology Transformation Service (TTS). We combine agile development, continuous monitoring, and user research to deliver a secure, compliant PaaS.
Service Objectives
- Compliance: Maintain FedRAMP Moderate controls and FISMA alignment.
- Safety & Security: Protect tenant isolation and data integrity.
- Transparency: Publish real‑time availability metrics and post‑incident retrospectives.
Performance Goals
- Availability: ≥ 97% over 24 hours
- Incident Response: Communicate impact within 3 business hours
